Apologies to anybody for whom COVID 19 has proved to be more than a 'Pesky' interruption to an otherwise fruitful year of cycling. By now we probably all know someone who has lost someone to this awful virus, and we have all in one way or another been adversely affected.
But for those of us who have so far been lucky enough to either avoid infection or stumble through it asymptomatically, the ability to get out on on a bike has been a true tonic, both for our physical and mental wellbeing. So although the nights have drawn in, the roads become like war zones and the trails mostly resembling Chocolate Ready Brek, now more than ever we should be pushing ourselves to get outside and embrace all that the Great British Winter has to throw at us. Lest we forget just how quickly we may lose the ability to do so.
To help you do that safely, and with some basic level of sartorial protection we remain open as an 'essential business'. And apart from the usual servicing & repairs, we also sell a full range of bike lights from Cat Eye, Oxford and Ravemen, along with a wide selection of mudguards and fenders. Being a workshop (as opposed to a retail store) we're unable to carry a large stock of any one item, but if there's something your specifically after, just give us a call and if we don't have it we can likely get it for you within 24-48hrs.
Opening Times:
At the moment our regular workshop hours are 09:00 - 18:00 Mon-Fri and 09:30 - 17:00 on Saturday. Closed on Sunday but as many of our regular customers know, we're almost always on the end of the phone and if we're here (we do live here, after all) we can always open up for an emergency fix or inner tube sale.
Christmas Hours:
Right now the plan is to be closed on Christmas Day through to Wednesday 30th, then again on Friday 01st Jan with regular hour resuming from Saturday 02nd.
Remember:
Merry Christmas Everyone!
